On Monday, October 11th, we left school to go hiking and rock-climbing near Arrens Marsous, in the Val d’Azun . When we arrived there, it was freezing cold.The teachers split the class into two groups, one for the climbing and the second one for the hiking. After lunch, we swapped. We walked to  Suyen Lake in the National Park of the Western Pyrenees and along the lake to reach the Toue de Doumblas. This « toue » is a shelter for shepherds built under a rock a century ago.
We climbed the cliff of Arryoulet, some pupils found it hard and others, who had already practised this activity, enjoyed it. During the day, we overcame all the fears and apprehensions of rock-climbing and it was awesome !!

Lundi 11 Octobre, nous avons quitté le collège pour aller randonner et faire de l’escalade près d’Arrens Marsous, dans le Val d’Azun. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il faisait très froid. Les professeurs ont séparé la classe en deux, un groupe pour l’escalade, l’autre pour la randonnée. Nous avons marché jusqu’au lac de Suyen dans le Parc National des Pyrénées Occidentales, puis le long du lac pour atteindre la Toue de Doumblas. Cette toue est un abir pour les bergers construit sous un rocher il y un siècle.
Nous avons escaladé l falaise d’Arryoulet, certains élèves ont trouvé cela difficile, d’autres, qui avaient déjà pratiqué cette activité, se sont régalés. Pendant cette journée, nous avons surmonté nos peurs et nos appréhensions  de l’escalade et c’était génial !!
